She assists a clientele of companies and associations in consulting, pre-litigation and litigation for various issues of social law such as workforces, social climates and various collective agreements. She works on individual and collective employment law, especially on issues such as restructuring, hours of work, discipline, negotiated or provoked departures and competition issues caused by broken employment contracts.
A Lawyer at the Paris Bar, she holds a DJCE (Diploma in Corporate Legal Consulting ) from Poitiers University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Private Law. She works in English and Spanish thanks to her experience gained from two academic years in the UK (Birmingham) and Spain (Barcelona). She has worked with the Froger-Peres, Carler and Galion firms, where she supported businesses in managing their HR issues on a daily basis by being their sole contact person. She has been in partnership with DMS since 2016.
She has also been a member of the ANDJCE and the Initiadroit Association since 2008.
