Cécile Vernudachi

She assists and advises French and foreign clients in their digital projects (contractual and regulatory issues), in particular in life sciences – healthcare and marketing sectors. From her in-house experience, she kept a pragmatic and commercially focussed approach to practising law and managing legal risks.
She graduated as a lawyer in 1997 and holds of a Diploma of Advanced Studies in Commercial Law from the Université Paris X and a Graduate Diploma in Management from McGill University (Canada). She began her career within the firm Stehlin & Associes in 1999, and Delsol avocats before moving in-house to create the legal departement at Quintess (marketing services provider). She founded the firm JCCV avocats in 2013 before joining DMS in 2019.
Cecile also works as an external Data Protection Officer – she has obtain a certification from Bureau Veritas. She teaches contract laws at Université Paris I – Sorbonne (Management School).
