Charles-Edouard Desforges oversees the Litigation Division. He assists and advises French and foreign clients in their various business law issues. He works more specifically in the area of contractual, commercial, and intellectual property disputes, shareholder conflicts and post-acquisition litigation both before state and arbitration courts.
Lawyer, holder of a Diploma of Advanced Studies in Private Law from the Université Paris X and Advanced Study Diploma from the ESCP (Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Paris) [Business School in Paris], he began his career within the firm Siméon and Partners (currently Lovells) in 1992, before joining the firm Bernard Hertz Béjot in 1995. He founded the firm DMS in 2005.
