Isabelle Setton-Bouhanna oversees the IP/IT division. She assists and advises foreign and French clients regarding new technologies, industrial and intellectual property .
She has built a recognized and international expertise in the communication, media, creation and innovation sectors. She and her team assist clients both for advice as well as for industrial property or intellectual property disputes at pre-litigation and litigation stages.
Isabelle Setton-Bouhanna has graduated from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques of Paris [Institute for Political Studies, Paris] (I.E.P. Paris), Economic and Financial Section, and also followed a classical law university education. She is a lawyer, holding of a Master in Intellectual Property, IT and New Technologies Law from the Université Paris XI.
She began her career within the firm Jeantet, before joining the firm Bernard Hertz Béjot in 1997. Then, as a partner, she founded and developed the IP/IT department of the firm DMS from 2007 onwards with a significant international dimension.
Isabelle Setton-Bouhanna is a member of the ARPP (Autorité de Régulation Professionnelle de la Publicité) [Professional Publicity Regulation Authority] as well as the APRAM (Association des Praticiens du Droit des Marques et des Modèles) [Association of Practitioners in Trademark and Design Law]. She regularly works with the legal committees of the various professional organizations.
